Troubleshoot Clusters

Provides troubleshooting information for cluster problems related to SAP Mobile Platform.

• Nodes in Cluster Do Not Start Because of JVM Heap Space
  Problem: Nodes in an SAP Mobile Server cluster do not start properly after installing the SAP® Data Orchestration Engine Connector (DOE-C).
• Messages from Shutting Down the Primary Server in a Cluster Environment
  Problem: When you shut down the primary server in a cluster environment, you see many error or exception messages in the server log files on secondary nodes.
• Database Services Do Not Start Automatically
  Problem: Data services do not start automatically, although previously they did.
• SAP Mobile Server Cannot Start in Domain Version Mismatch
  Problem: The SAP Mobile Server services in one of the server nodes cannot start if the domain version has a mismatch. In the server log, there will be an error message containing "Cluster Synchronization failed. Message : Error retrieving sync data from http URL:"
