Troubleshoot the SAP Mobile Server Cache

Provides troubleshooting information for problems that can occur with the cache database (CDB).

• Primary Key Record Missing
  Problem: Two records with similar primary key names should exist but only one appears in the cache. SAP Mobile WorkSpace returns an error that the primary key attributes only differ in case.
• Data Caching Problems
  Problem: A data caching problem is detected, or data caching is not operating as expected.
• No Data or Images Appear on the Device
  Problem: No data or images appear on the mobile device.
• Memory Usage Grows During Monitoring
  Problem: Memory consumption keeps growing for the monitoring database process in the cache database (CDB) node, when enabling the monitoring feature in SAP Control Center. It can cause the server to crash due to an out-of-memory issue.
