Configuring a DataWindow Library List

Configure a DataWindow library list in a Web application project. The project must have the DataWindow project nature enabled before you can configure a DataWindow library list.

Prerequisites 

Add the DataWindow project nature to your project.

You can specify a library list that contains multiple DataWindow libraries (.pbl), and work with multiple DataWindow objects in these libraries. The order of the libraries in the list is important. Because you can have DataWindow objects with the same name in different libraries, the order of the libraries in the list determines the order the libraries search for a DataWindow.

  1. In the WorkSpace Navigator, right-click the project in the for which you want to configure a DataWindow library list and select Properties.
  2. Select DataWindow Library List in the left pane. The DataWindow Library list appears in the right pane.
  3. To add a DataWindow library from your project:
    1. Click Add.
    2. Select the DataWindow library, which will have the extension .pbl, that you want to add and click OK. The library you added now appears in the DataWindow library list.
  4. To delete an existing DataWindow library, select the library and click Remove.
  5. To change the order of the libraries, select the library that you want to move and click Up or Down until the libraries are in the correct order.
  6. Click OK.
