JSF DataWindow Database Driver Support

JSF DataWindow attributes that support connecting to a database are connectString, jndiDataSource, and onLoadHandler.

Use jndiDataSource with a ConnectionCache defined in EAServer or Tomcat. In JSF DataWindows, only JDBC ConnectionCache is supported. ODBC/Native database driver caches are not supported.

For Oracle native, use onLoadHandler.
