Editing a Database Service Interface

The database service interface comprises the service operations that are performed during runtime and the service endpoint that enables the connection of the service to a database.

  1. Select the service in the WorkSpace Navigator.

    The Service editor opens.

  2. Select the Service Interface tab in the editor.
  3. Do any of the following:
    • Add a SQL statement operation using the Properties section
    • Add a SQL statement operation by importing query files
    • Add a SQL statement operation using Visual SQL
    • Add a stored procedure operation
    • Add a result set manually
    • Discover result sets using the wizard
    • Discover result sets using the dialog
    • View database service operation parameters and result sets
