You can run a stored procedure without
invoking a launch configuration.
Running a stored procedure allows you to run and obtain SQL results
from the database.
PrerequisitesÂ
Before you can run a stored procedure, save or deploy it to a database.
If procedural
objects are modified in an editor, a dialog displays to prompt you to save to
the database before running.
-
In the Databases folder in Enterprise Explorer, under the database connection profile, expand the navigation tree for the appropriate database and schema owner.
