Setting Device Application Designer Preferences

Use the Preferences dialog to set the appearance and device preferences for the Device Application Designer.

1. Right-click on any page of the Device Application Designer (except the Introduction page), and select Preferences.
2. In the Preferences dialog, configure the preferences for:
   • Appearance
   • Devices
   • Errors/Warnings
   • Font Mappings
3. Click Apply.
4. Click OK.

  Use the Preferences page to set Device Application Designer preferences for automatic screen creation, question dialogs, and font mappings.
• Device Application Designer Appearance Preferences
  Set the appearance preferences for the Device Application Designer pages and palette groupings.
• Device Application Designer Device Preferences
  Edit the device simulator settings.
• Device Application Designer Error and Warning Preferences
  The Errors and Warnings preferences allow you to set the problem level for errors reported in the Problems view when you verify the device application.
• Device Application Designer Font Mappings Preferences
  Set the preferences for mapping the system font and size to the device font and size.
