The deployment process extracts, translates, and stores completed and packaged design-time processes to the runtime environment.

Deployment Overview
Deliver a new or updated package to a runtime instance and then deploy the configured package to a runtime instance, which generates the metadata and stores the configuration information required during runtime.
Plan for Service Deployment
Determine which server type you plan to use to deploy services.
Developing a Deployment Profile
A deployment profile defines the deployment for one or more packages to target servers. Deployment profiles are saved so you can re-execute the package or execute the package with modifications.
