Viewing SQL Results

Use the SQL Results view to see the results of an executed SQL query or procedural object.

  1. Execute your SQL query or procedural object.

The SQL Results view opens automatically.

  2. Examine the execution results in the SQL Results view.

These results include the status of the query or object, the text of the query, the date and time, and error or informational messages.

Note: If a result set contains more than the default number of result tabs, as specified in the SQL Results View preferences, the result tabs beyond the default number will not be displayed in the SQL Results view. To view more result tabs in SQL Results view, increase the limit in the SQL Results View preferences page. To view all results, export all results to a file, and view the results from an external tool.
