Upgrade to SAP ASE 16.0

If you are performing a major upgrade from a version earlier than 16.x, you are ready to upgrade SAP ASE after you successfully run the preupgrade utility.

• Upgrading Interactively Using sqlupgrade
  Use the interactive sqlupgrade tool to upgrade SAP ASE using an X-Windows or Motif GUI.
• Upgrading Noninteractively Using sqlupgraderes
  You can upgrade SAP ASE without the graphical user interface (GUI), in noninteractive mode by using values from a resource file that defines the attributes for the server to be upgraded.
• Manually Upgrading SAP ASE
  You can upgrade manually without using a wizard or utility.
