Attempt to locate LSA extent partition control block failed for dbid '%1!', objid '%2!', indid '%3!' and partition id '%4!'.
This error can occur when Adaptive Server is doing large scale allocation (LSA) using extent partition control blocks. This error is raised when Adaptive Server fails to locate an extent partition control block for a particular (object,index,partition)
