Use the palette to add a new Web page, add controls to the Web page, and link Web pages and add actions to create a navigation flow.
You can drag and drop the controls from the palette onto an editor. The palette is available when you are using the Web Page editor, the JSF Application Configuration editor and the Source editor available in both the web.xml editor and the JSF Application Configuration editor. The palette is on the Fast View shortcut bar by default.
