Managing a Document Category

Set up categories by defining an initial query and a relevance threshold, or based on the content from one or more training documents.

• Document Categories
  Use this wizard to categorize different document stores to filter your search results.
• Creating a Category using a Base Query
  Use the New Categories wizard to define an initial query and a relevance threshold to help facilitate information retrieval.
• Creating a Category using Training Documents
  Use the New Categories wizard to create a category using the content from one or more training documents to eliminate manual tagging and continual maintenance of non-trained categories.
• Editing a Category
  Use the Edit Category wizard to rename a category, edit the seed query terms, redefine document group association, or edit training documents for the selected category.
• Deleting a Category
  Remove a category from Sybase Search.
