Running a SQL Anywhere or Sybase IQ Event

Run a SQL Anywhere or Sybase IQ event to test an event handler without invoking a launch configuration.

  1. In Enterprise Explorer, under the database connection profile, expand the tree for a database.
  2. Under the Events folder, right-click the event you want to edit, and select Run.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Enter the name and parameter value in the appropriate fields.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click Add to enter another parameter, or click OK to run the event.

    SQL Results view displays the success, failure, or termination of the run instance.
