If needed, you can uninstall the Sybase Mobile Sales for SAP CRM application from your device.
Uninstalling removes the application and all Mobile Sales data from the device.
Prerequisites
Uninstall the previous version of the Mobile Sales application before installing a newer version.
Uninstall the programs in the specified order.

Select .

Select Remove Programs.
(Windows Mobile Professional) Remove Programs is in the System tab.

Remove Sybase Mobile Sales.

Remove Sybase Message - SUPObj.
Follow the onscreen prompts to restart the device. Once your device restarts, you might have to navigate back to Remove Programs.

Remove Sybase Messaging.

Select Done.

Delete the Mobile Sales folder to make sure no installation artifacts remain.

Open File Explorer.

In the Program Files folder, delete the Mobile Sales folder.
