Setting Custom Properties

When you define a Custom operator, you must specify the schema of the output result set. You can also edit its general properties, including its name and description.

  1. Double-click the Custom operator. The Custom Properties dialog appears.
  2. (Optional) Edit the name and description of the operator.
  3. Enter the JavaScript code for this operator in the Custom Code field.
  4. To specify the schema of the output result set, click the Edit button near the bottom of the Custom Properties dialog. The Schema Editor dialog appears.
  5. (Optional) Edit the column definitions for your schema.
    Action Instructions
    Add column Click Add.
    Delete column Select one or more columns (which are represented by rows in the properties dialog), then click Delete.
    Reorder columns Select one or more columns, then click Move Up or Move Down. (To move multiple columns, the selection must be contiguous.)
  6. Edit the properties of each column in the table as desired.
  7. Click OK to save your changes and close the dialog.
