Load a locale properties file.

In the Screen Design page Properties view click Localization.

In the Localization pane, select the locale properties you want to load and click Load.
The selected locale properties file is loaded. If missing resource keys are found, a pop-up dialog displays.

(Optional) If missing resource keys are found, click Yes in the dialog to fix the properties file automatically.
The problems are fixed and the properties file continues to load. If you chooose to not fix the locale properties file, loading does not continue.
Loading the locale updates the current locale of the device application file.
