Adding a Header or Footer to the Screen

Use the Device Application Designer Palette to add headers and footers to the device client screen.

1. In the Device Application Designer, go to Screen Design > Palette , and select Header or Footer.
2. Drag and drop the selected item onto the screen display.
   Note: If you select Footer and drop it on to a screen that does not have a header, a header is automatically created. A header can reside on the screen without a footer, but a footer cannot exist without a header.

  Use the Properties page to configure the attributes for the header and footer on the Screen Design page.

  Use the Styles dialog to edit the description, colors, and font characteristics of the header and footer.
