Running Sybase IQ as a Windows service may generate license error [CR 614920]

Sybase IQ may return a License File could not be found error after you configure Sybase IQ as a Windows service. Because Window Service Manager reads environment variables only at system startup, you must restart Windows after you configure Sybase IQ as a Windows service.
