sp_serverinfo or cs_locale() cannot find the specified character set or language.
Use a trace utility such as truss to see where Open Server is searching for character set information and if the file permissions are correct. If the locales files exist and are readable, validate the request by reviewing Open Client and Open Server International Developers Guide and “International support”.
