By default, DB-Library will wait
indefinitely for the results of a server command to arrive. Applications
can use the routines below to specify a finite timeout period:
dbsettime – sets the
number of seconds that DB-Library/C
will wait for a server response.
DBGETTIME – gets the
number of seconds that DB-Library/C
will wait for a server response.
