Testing the Hybrid App on the BlackBerry Simulator

Install and configure the BlackBerry simulator, and use it to run the Travel Request application.

  1. Downloading the BlackBerry JDE
    To generate and distribute BlackBerry device applications, download the BlackBerry JDE and its prerequisites from the BlackBerry Web site.
  2. Configuring the Hybrid App in the BlackBerry Simulator
    Start the BlackBerry simulator and configure it to connect to the Hybrid App.
  3. Running the Hybrid App on the BlackBerry Simulator
    Run the Travel Request application on the BlackBerry simulator.
