Running the Hybrid App on the BlackBerry Simulator

Run the Travel Request application on the BlackBerry simulator.

Note: This tutorial was developed using a supported version of the BlackBerry simulator. If you use a different supported version, the interface might differ in some details.
  1. Start your BlackBerry simulator instance if it is not already running:
  2. In the emulator, click All.
  3. Click the Hybrid Web Container icon.
  4. In the Messages screen, click Menu > Hybrid Apps.
  5. In the Hybrid Apps screen, click Travel Request.
  6. In the Start screen, click Menu > Next.

  7. In the Travel Request screen, open each accordion control and enter your travel request information.
  8. Click Menu > Create to submit your changes to the server.

The Hybrid App closes and the TravelRequest database table on the server is updated.
