High CPU Usage by dbsrv11.exe

Problem: High CPU usage by the SAP Control Center database repository server process (dbsrv11.exe).

Explanation: You have scheduled a full backup of the database repository using the SAP Control Center backup options (Application > Administration, then select Repository).

Solution: Disable full backup in SAP Control Center and use the dbbackup utility to back up the database repository.
