Problem: Log-in issues prevent SAP Mobile Server administration.
Solution 1: You may be expecting single sign-on capability, when the same security mechanism has not been configured for both SAP Mobile Server and SAP Control Center. To ensure the same credentials are used in all components, SAP strongly encourages you to configure a common security provider for SAP Mobile Server, SAP Control Center, and Afaria. LDAP and the native operating system (OS) are the only providers that can be used by all SAP Mobile Platform components.
Solution 2: You may have implemented the security provider or server configuration incorrectly, and as a result, cannot log in to SAP Mobile Server. This typically requires that you manually edit a combination of the embedded properties files to correct the problem. Only manually edit the files under the advisement of SAP technical support.
