SAP Control Center Windows Service Deleted

Problem: the SAP Control Center X.X windows service was inadvertently deleted, so SAP Control Center is unavailable.

Solution: Re-create the Windows service with the following command:

SCC_HOME\bin\amd64 (or x86)\sccservice.exe -install
