You can uninstall the Sybase Mobile Sales for SAP CRM application from your device, which removes the application and all Mobile Sales data from the device.
Prerequisites
Disable Sybase Messaging.
- Start Sybase Settings.
- Select Advanced.
- Unselect Sybase Messaging Enabled.
- Select Done.
Task
Uninstall any existing version of the Mobile Sales application before installing a newer version.
- Exit the Mobile Sales application.
- Select Settings.
- Open Remove Programs.
If you need to uninstall both Sybase Messaging and Mobile Sales, uninstall the programs in the specified order. In some cases, you might need to only uninstall Sybase Mobile Sales. Verify with your system administrator if you are unsure whether to uninstall both programs or only Mobile Sales.
- Remove Sybase Mobile Sales.
- Remove Sybase Messaging.
Restart the device as required. Once your device restarts, you may need to navigate back to Remove Programs.
- Select Done.
- Verify that the uninstaller removed the Mobile Sales folder to make sure no installation artifacts remain.
- Open File Explorer.
- In the Program Files folder, delete the Mobile Sales folder if it exists.
If you cannot delete the Mobile Sales folder, reset your device by turning it off and then on.
