If you are creating a user configuration file for a J2EE archive,
define any of the deploy-user, configure-user, recompile-user,
and undeploy-user targets. “EAServer configuration targets” describes
what these targets should do. You do not need to define all targets.
EAServer ignores missing target names.
If you are creating a configuration file that is not associated
with a J2EE archive, define a configure target.
