The default value for the personal server is 10. The default value for the network database server is 32766, though this number
will be reduced by internal temporary connections utilized by the server during operation.
Defines the connection limit for the server. If this number is greater than the number that is allowed under licensing and
memory constraints, it has no effect. Computer resources typically limit the number of connections to a network server to
a lower value than the default.
The database server allows one extra DBA connection above the connection limit to allow a user with DBA authority to connect
to the database server and drop other connections.
