ULValue function

Construct a ULValue class from a buffer of characters.

Syntax 
 ULValue::ULValue(
  const char * val,
  size_t len
)
Parameters

  • val   A buffer holding the string to be treated as a ULValue class.

  • len   The length of the buffer.
