The RSOE for Windows consists of the following executables, which are included when you install SQL Anywhere 11:

• rsoe.exe
• dblgen11.dll
• mlcrsa11.dll (required only if HTTPS with RSA is used)
• dbsvc.exe
• dbfhide.exe
• dblang.exe
• dbicu11.dll
• dbicudt11.dll
• dbsupport.exe
• dbghelp.dll

To install the RSOE, copy these files to each backend server machine.
