Due to a compiler bug, a compiler patch is required for Sun Solaris 10 x64 (Opteron 64-bit) users. The release version of this patch is Sun C 5.7 Patch 117837-04 2005/05/11. Both the patch and Solaris Studio 10 compiler are available in /opt/SUNWspro/bin/cc.
