The Sun Solaris system routine getaddrinfo leaks memory when applied on Sun Solaris 9 x86 (32-bit) platforms.
To stop or prevent the memory leak, apply the following OS patch to all OCS applications that run on Sun Solaris 9 x86 (32-bit) machines: #111328-04: SunOS 5.8_x86: libsocket patch.
