Select Tasks from the menu bar.
Select Failover Policies.
Select Define a Failover Policy and complete the following fields:

For the Nodes to Add, click the arrow. Select Ordered Nodes in Failover Domains:
#1 enter the name of the primary node in the cluster, such as MONEY1, click Add.
#2 enter the name of the secondary node in the cluster, such as PERSONNEL1, click Add.
Click OK.
From the command line, enter the following:
cluster_mgr –f pri_failover_policy_def
