Installing Adaptive Server and PC Client with OpenSwitch

[CR #346866] Installing Adaptive Server or PC Client 12.5 with the Open Client Server overwrite on top of a %SYBASE% directory where OpenSwitch 12.5 is already installed breaks OpenSwitch.

Workaround: Install Adaptive Server and PC Client into a different directory from OpenSwitch.
