[CR #344944] On a Windows2000 system set to Simplified Chinese as regional settings, installing Adaptive Server version 12.5.1 and ASIQ 12.5 in the same %SYBASE% results in errors when trying to use javawiq.exe or dbisqlg.exe.
Workaround: Install Adaptive Server and ASIQ into separate directories.
