[CR #234103] When you reconfigure Adaptive Server to increase the number of user connections, number of open databases, or number of engines at startup, these new instances are not visible in the Performance Monitor window.
Workaround: Restart Adaptive Server after reconfiguring number of user connections, number of open databases, or number of engines at startup.
