System configuration

RepConnector requires the system configuration described in Table 2-1.

**Table 2-1: RepConnector system configuration**
Item	Requirement
Disk space	A minimum of 160MB of available hard disk space. A minimum of 50MB in the system temporary directory (TEMP on Windows or /tmp on UNIX).
Memory	The minimum memory required is 512MB. Recommended memory for satisfactory performance depends on message rates, message sizes, and application-specific factors.
Operating system	One of the following platforms: Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 or later Windows 2003 Solaris version 8.0 or 9.0 AIX 5.2 or 5.3 Linux 2.1 or 3.0 HP 11.23
