[CR #339805] If you use srvbuild to create the master or sybsystemprocs database devices on raw devices on a system running the Linux operating system, make sure you have read permissions on the /dev/rawct1 file.
If you do not have read permissions on this file, srvbuild issues a message saying "Permission denied" and will not allow you to create these database devices.
