Starting and Stopping Sybase Search

Use the Windows Start menu or Sybase Search script to start or stop Sybase Search.

For example, on Windows use install-directory\OmniQ\bin\sysearch32.bat) with the -start ID option to start the Sybase Search Developer Edition server. You can likewise use the Start menu or the same script with the -stop ID option to stop this server as required.
