Dropping Multiple SQL Objects

From Enterprise Explorer, drop multiple SQL objects to remove them from the database.

Prerequisites Be sure the data server that contains the objects is running, and that you have created and established a connection to the data server.
The SQL objects to be dropped must:
  • Not be open in the SQL editor
  • Be the same type
  • Be in the same database
  1. In Enterprise Explorer, highlight the objects you want to drop. Hold down the Shift key to select multiple adjacent objects. Hold down the Ctrl key to select multiple nonadjacent objects.
  2. With the objects highlighted, right-click and select Drop. If the Drop option is not available, review the requirements for dropping multiple objects.
