New Features

Sybase WorkSpace comprises a set of components that provide a common framework, reflect a consistent development paradigm, and help streamline the development process for Sybase servers.

Sybase WorkSpace 2.1 includes new or enhanced features for the following components.

• Enterprise Modeling
  Use PowerDesigner 15.0 to model and develop business processes.
• Database Development
  New features have been included for the SQL editor, the Execution Plan view, Schema Object Editor Configuration preferences, and Sybase IQ index advices. In addition, Database Development now supports user-defined functions and instead of triggers for Adaptive Server 15.0.2, dropping of multiple SQL objects, execute intelligent templates, SQL display of matching begin-end tokens, and connection profile driver templates.
