If the environment into which you are installing has existing Sybase server products, such as ASE, SQL Anywhere, or Sybase IQ, that use Sybase Central, you may find that these servers are no longer registered with Sybase Central after completing installation of the version of ASE provided with Sybase WorkSpace. Workaround: Back-up the .scRepository file in Sybase Central using the procedures in Backup Sybase Central repository before installing ASE. |
