Extracting WSDL Files or BPEL From a Service Package

You can extract a single or multiple WSDL files or Business Process Execution Language (BPEL) directly from a valid Sybase Services Package file.

When you extract a WSDL file or BPEL, a copy of the resource is made for the external location while the original resource remains unaltered.

  1. Open the WorkSpace Navigator.
  2. Right-click a <servicename>.svcpkg file and select Extract WSDL and BPEL.
  3. In the Extract WSDL and BPEL Files dialog, do the following:
    1. In the left pane, expand the business process service that you want to extract the WSDL or BPEL from.
    2. In the right pane, select the specific files that you want to extract.
    3. In the To directory field, browse for the destination directory that you want to extract the file into.
    4. Select any of the following options:
      • Overwrite existing files without warning
      • Create directory structure for files
      • Create only selected directories
  4. Click Finish to generate the WSDL file or BPEL in the specified location.
