Defining a Transformation Service Endpoint Binding

Define transformation endpoint binding operation parameters and properties.

1. Do one of the following:
   
   • If the service needs to be bound to an endpoint:
     
     1. Right-click the Interface box in the Service Interface diagram and select Add Endpoint.
     2. Select Transformation as the endpoint style and click Next.
     3. Follow the instructions in the wizard.
   • If the service is already bound to a transformation endpoint, on the Service Interface page of the Service editor, double-click either the line connecting the interface and binding or the binding and the endpoint, or right-click and select Edit Binding.
2. Edit or add operation parameters as necessary in the Service Binding editor.
3. Select the Map tab to map sources to targets.

   Its properties display in the Properties section.

4. Select the Test tab to test the operation to ensure it provides the correct transformation functionality.

   The Test page tests the transformation by performing XSLT transformations on the data.
