JMS Message Routing

JMS message routing is a feature that control how events or messages are sent and received by components of a service. When developing services in WorkSpace, you can choose to route JMS messages either with headers or message content. There are unique benefits to each routing type.

Both methods require that you route to one service only.

• Header routing -- JMS messages are routed more quickly when a header is used, because information in the message body does not need to be parsed.
• Message routing -- Message bodies are parsed with an XML parser to extract the routing information required.
