Connection Level Options

Set connection-level options to specify default values for launching newly created procedural objects. These preferences also apply when you execute all or selected text from the SQL Editor, SQL File Editor, or SQL Scrapbook.

Set connection-level options on the preference tab for your database server version. You can set connection-level options for these database servers:

Adaptive Server Anywhere
Adaptive Server Enterprise
Sybase IQ

To override these defaults for a particular procedural object, or to set advanced options that are not on the Connection Level Options Preferences page, create a launch configuration for the object.
