(CR #311819) EAServer Manager uses JavaHelp to display online help. When navigating the help viewer using the keyboard, you may experience NullPointerException errors if you press the up or down arrow keys while the focus is on a component that does not support scrolling. When this happens, you can close the error window and continue.
