In order to quickly and efficiently release EBFs and maintenance releases, there may be times when Sybase does not translate new or changed messages into French, German, or Japanese. If this is the case, the Replication Server, or rs_subcmp messages use the English version of the message.
Message localization files may be misplaced. Verify that the files are in the correct directories.
