Before you compile and link Open Client and Open Server applications on Windows platforms, you must:
Have an ANSI-compliant C compiler installed
Define the INCLUDE environment variable
Define the LIB environment variable
Set the PATH variable to include the %SYBASE%\%SYBASE_OCS%\dll directory
Sybase libraries for Windows platforms are designed
for Win32 applications.
